Paqui
Born in a small town in the province of Jaén called Iznatoraf. She has raised 9 children thanks to sacrifice and work. With 18 grandchildren and one great-grandson, grandma Paqui is an expert at cooking croquettes, potato omelet, Paella, and her signature dish Andrajos, a very old stew made with potatoes, flour tortillas and meat or codfish.
There are many occasions in which our beloved grandma is invited to big celebrations to cooking for large groups of friends and of course, she is always willing to. Paqui serves large portions to everyone like all grandmothers, and when the time comes to serve herself she just eats a little bit because she is not hungry.
For our family, it is not too difficult to gather 40 people among children, daughters, sons, grandchildren in a family meeting so we always have to make our celebrations in one of the family restaurants where we have enough space for all. Paquita is always the star of the family and she loves to sing Christmas songs with our Grandpa Antonio accompanying clapping while she sings. They both have millions of stories to tell from when their children were young and they were naughty. Grandpa Antonio!
